Generative AI created a crisis of provenance, and the FoFo Network is my answer: a creator-owned trust layer that issues permanent, timestamped Certificates of Authorship and machine-readable permissions — including whether AI may train on a work. Sign in with email; the blockchain stays invisible.
Why it matters
This is infrastructure, not an app: self-owned identities (DIDs), on-device fingerprinting so originals never leave the creator’s computer, certificates anchored immutably with the network covering fees, and free verification for anyone — designed to complement C2PA and W3C standards rather than compete with them.
Where it stands
The full network was built and verified end-to-end in June 2026, with receipts anyone can check: a complete payout cycle on public test rails, sealed on the network’s attestation ledger, committed to a Merkle proof tree any skeptic can recompute. It’s now in private pre-launch while security audit, hardened key custody, and the production environment land.
