Building
- FoFoClip is live and earning — podcast-to-video clips delivered in 1–2 hours. Current focus is reliability of the rendering pipeline and tightening per-episode cost.
- ARTbyFOFO runs as an autonomous research → prompt → generate → list → post pipeline to Etsy. I’m hardening the human-in-the-loop checkpoints so it can run wider with the same oversight.
- eGit keeps getting small, sharp improvements — it’s the tool I reach for every day, so the backlog is just whatever annoyed me last.
Consulting
Sweet Papa Technologies is taking on a small number of engagements — tactical work, AI retrofits, and architecture reviews. I keep the slate short on purpose. If you’ve got something AI-native or AI-augmented and want senior eyes on it, the engagement shapes are here.
Learning
Going deeper on on-device inference (LiteRT / MediaPipe with MCP function calling) and continuing the eval discipline work — paired tests, bootstrap confidence intervals, and honest benchmarking instead of vibes.
Away from the keyboard
Producing lo-fi and psychedelic tracks as Sweet Papa and the Tones, and tinkering with the home GPU lab and a few ESP32 builds.
